Amanda believes we all have the ability to be great, to be more than we let us tell ourselves we can. Many do not because they have something on the inside that is holding them back. It can be different from individual to individual.
She spends most of her time inside of the corporate world teaching professionals and their teams how to work as teams, how to be more productive, and even help those that are looking for fulfillment in what they do. She has an amazing ability to find that one thing inside of you that is holding you back, and can coach you to overcome it.
Now imagine being able to do that for the youth of this world. Imagine them being able to learn this skill and apply it at an age before they develop a perception that not everything is possible. It can be done, and she tries to do it often. Here is a small music video that was made for her by some students while visiting Montezuma School. It is a mantra that she gets the kids to think deeply about. “I know I can. Be what I want to be.” Want to learn what goes behind the power of these words? Amanda was chosen to be part of a student project at SJ Delta College where she is an Adjunct Associate Professor for RTV. The Radio and Television courses are focused on preparing students for entry-level employment within the many branches of electronic media. Amanda’s two decades of experience in radio help prepare these students for the future.
She has touched many lives as they begin their journey to go on with continuing education in radio, TV, film and cinema production, radio, and the many other multimedia companies that are developing in this new age.
